N0159-BA-X
NO159-BA-X

Our most popular and economical stud. Manufactured from highly conductive brass (70% copper/30% zinc), it is produced as the industry standard size. Special identification letters or symbols can be supplied on either side of the flange upon request. This popular part is also produced in 316L medical grade stainless steel.

The mating member to the N0159 stud, this eyelet is produced from 20% glass-filled ABS plastic and coated with silver .00014 thick and chlorided for a fast response high quality electrode. This product may also be produced in 40% carbon-filled plastic for high conductivity without coating.

N0161-SF-X
NO161-SF-X

Originally produced to the basic dimensions of the standard N0159-BA, the product was given 3 detents in the flange to allow it to lock thin, low friction carriers in place such as mylar membrane switches used in drug delivery. The part is offered only in 316L stainless steel.

This eyelet is most popular in offset electrode construction. Offered in clean finished brass material, it is the lowest cost sensor for high volume, at-rest electrode construction. It can also be provided with a pure silver plating to controlled thickness allowing chloriding to be added during electrode assembly.

N0111-BA-X
NO111-BA-X

N0133-SF-X
NO113-SF-X

This eyelet was extensively used in the early construction of disposable electrodes before the silver chloride sensors became commercially available. Offset construction, wet gel electrodes, and special applications still call for the use of this product. Passivated to Newmark's exacting medical standards, customers are assured of consistent electrical readings when using this eyelet.

The top stud member of the new Radio Translucent electrodes, this product is manufactured to the same precision tolerances of our metal studs. Made from carbon-filled ABS plastic, the N0162 provides the high reliability contact necessary for MRI applications.

N0162-PC-X
NO162-PC-X

N0163-PC-X
NO163-PC-X

The mating member to the N0162-PC stud is produced from 40% carbon-filled ABS plastic and can be supplied with or without silver chloride coating. The unique locking post feature of this product provides for reliable electrode assembly, ensuring consistent DC offset readings.
